Marsha Spring, Office Manager and Assistant to Mitch Teal has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade, first starting as the Executive Assistant to the original Founder and President of Prudential Real Estate Professionals. Marsha is in charge of keeping all aspects of the office running smoothly. She has served in her current position since July 2001.

An active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Marsha has held positions on both the local and State levels. Marsha has a deep respect for her country and those who have served it with honor by protecting the people and ideals.

Marsha has lived in the Salem area since 1978 and has two grown children, her son Shawn currently resides in Fullerton, CA and her daughter Beth in Germany. She enjoys her friends, reading and taking trips to spend time with her children.
